In Arroyo Seco Foundation & Pasadena Audubon Society v. County of Los Angeles, et al (LASC Case No. BS152771), the Court has released a tentative decision finding that the environmental impact report for the Devil’s Gate Sediment Removal Management Project was inadequate. On February 14, 2017, the Court upheld the tentative, but requested supplemental briefing on the the EIR’s cumulative impacts analysis, setting a hearing for March 23, 2017.
