Our Firm is representing Save the East Fork in a lawsuit challenging the County of Los Angeles’ continued failure to conduct CEQA environmental review on a bungee jumping operation on the San Gabriel River at the “Bridge to Nowhere” site. The Petition alleges that the operation has resulted in increased traffic and parking congestion, excessive noise from helicopter operations, and the discharge of human waste from an unpermitted restroom at the bungee jumping site.
