Mitchell M. Tsai was invited to serve on one of the panels at the 31st annual Environmental Law Conference in Yosemite, an event that is nationally recognized as the largest and most prestigious gathering in California of leaders in environmental, land use, and natural resources law. Organized by the California Lawyers Association, the event draws many of our nation’s top environmental officials, lawyers, and other professionals for four days of legal education and collegiality.
Tsai’s panel focused on the California Environmental Quality Act and provided an opportunity for newer attorneys to learn from more seasoned practitioners. Joining Tsai on the panel were attorneys representing government agencies and private developers, including Kristen Jensen, Deputy City Attorney, San Francisco City Attorney’s Office, and Arielle Harris, Shareholder, Miller Starr Regalia, creating for a lively roundtable discussion among the panelists and members of the audience.
It wasn’t all work and no play, however. Tsai and his team found time to enjoy a Firm hike in Mariposa Grove (see photo below).
