Mary Linares, JD
Ms. Linares is the firm’s Law Clerk. She obtained a Master of Laws in Land Use from Pace University, Elisabeth Haub School of Law and a Juris Doctor from Pacific Coast University School of Law.
As a volunteer at Pace University’s Land Use Law Center, Ms. Linares facilitated community meetings throughout Westchester County, New York, to increase sustainability initiatives.
Linares was a Judicial Extern at Orange County Superior Court, supporting Hon. Mary Schulte and Hon. Deborah Servino in all areas of their civil judicial assignments, including composing complex legal memoranda in civil and family law.
Prior to joining the Mitchell M. Tsai law firm, Ms. Linares worked as an environmental paralegal at Channel Law Group, LLP in Beverly Hills where she conducted leasing and zoning audits for telecommunication sites.
She is an expert in preparing pleadings and administrative records for litigation under the California Environmental Quality Act, and has conducted leasing and zoning audits for telecommunication sites.
Ms. Linares is proficient in Spanish and Portuguese. In her free time, she likes to grow her own food. She lives in Orange County nearby her horses.
