Chinatown Community Launches Lawsuit Against City of LA

Our firm is representing Chinatown Community for Equitable Development, an organization based in Los Angeles Chinatown that seeks to build grassroots power through organizing, education, and mutual help, in filing a lawsuit challenging the City of Los Angeles’ approval of the “College Station Project,” a mixed-use development that proposes to build 725 market-rate residential apartment units and 51,600 square feet of retail, restaurant, and other commercial space in the Los Angeles Chinatown area.
