April 22, 2020, marks the 50th anniversary of EARTH DAY and Mitchell Tsai will be celebrating by speaking virtually at the on-line Cool World Institute Earth Law Teach-In! Cool World Institute is a non-profit that promotes cross-fertilization of climate-change litigation internationally. The purpose of the teach-in is to enable participants to use the law to fight for the environment, with an emphasis on fighting climate change.
Mitchell will be discussing “Obtaining Information from the Government: Freedom of Information Act and state sunshine laws” from 12:00 pm – 12: 30 pm Pacific Daylight Time. It is open to the public.
