Talia Nimmer

Associate

Talia Nimmer is an Associate with our Firm, representing environmental organizations in both state and federal court as well as administrative proceedings before local boards, commissions, and councils.

Talia obtained her law degree from Tulane University School of Law, where she was a student attorney for the Tulane Environmental Law Clinic and argued a case challenging the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources’ permit approval of the Bayou Bridge Pipeline.

Talia is passionate about environmental law and has experience handling National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), California Environmental Quality Act , Endangered Species Act, and Brown Act matters. Prior to joining our Firm, Talia was a Legal Fellow at the Environmental Defense Center and an Associate Attorney at Angel Law, where she worked on all stages of environmental litigation.

In her free time, Nimmer enjoys hiking with her dog and skiing.
