Naira Soghbatyan is a litigation associate at Mitchell M. Tsai, Attorney At Law, where she handles various environmental and land use matters. She graduated with her Bachelor of Arts, Foreign Languages and Literature, summa cum laude, in 1999 from Yerevan State University in Yerevan, Armenia, and obtained her JD degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2015.
Naira specializes in mandamus law and litigation, having participated in extensive motion practice, trial and appellate work. Naira also practiced in the fields of immigration, personal injury, and civil litigation.
In Armenia, Naira worked as a translator/interpreter for the Armenian government and thereafter for a USAID-funded American organization, facilitating the implementation of health and social reforms in Armenia and the development of the associated legal framework.
Naira is fluent in Armenian and Russian.
