Mary Linares

Associate

Mary Linares obtained a Master of Laws in Environmental Law from Pace University, Elisabeth Haub School of Law, where she specialized in Land Use and Sustainable Development Law. There, Mary facilitated meetings for the Land Use Law Center, developing sustainable and smart growth initiatives throughout communities in Westchester County, New York.

Prior to that, Mary obtained a Juris Doctor from Pacific Coast University, School of Law. During that time, she was a Judicial Extern at Orange County Superior Court, supporting Hon. Mary Schulte and Hon. Deborah Servino in all areas of their civil judicial assignments, including composing complex legal memoranda in civil and family law.

She is an expert in preparing pleadings and administrative records for litigation under the California Environmental Quality Act. Prior to joining the Mitchell M. Tsai law firm, Mary worked at Channel Law Group, LLP in Beverly Hills, where she conducted leasing and zoning audits for telecommunication sites.

Mary is proficient in Spanish and Portuguese. In her free time, she likes to grow her own food. She lives in Orange County near her horses.
