Cathy D. Lee is a counsel at Mitchell M. Tsai, Attorney at Law PC. Cathy specializes in environmental and land use matters, including the enforcement of the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”). Over the years, Cathy has practiced environmental law at public interest law firms in the bay area and Southern California and has worked in personal injury litigation.
Cathy earned a Masters in Law (LL.M.) in environmental and natural resources law, cum laude, from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon, where she was also an LL.M. Environmental Leadership Award Scholar. Cathy earned her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, where she was a Dean’s Honors Scholar. Prior to that, Cathy obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
Cathy is a member of the State Bar of California. She volunteers with environmental and sustainability organizations in the Pasadena area, including the Altapasa Green Circle and Transition South Pasadena. Cathy also enjoys writing about sustainable living, cooking, and traveling with her family.
