Mitchell M. Tsai Law Firm, a public interest environmental law practice, is seeking a 1L, 2L, or 3L law clerk to join their expanding law firm for the upcoming Summer 2026.
This internship is an 8-week program that focuses on the Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, California Environmental Quality Act, local land use laws, and enforcing other state and federal environmental mandates.
Qualifications
- Applicants must be enrolled in a law school.
- Applicants must be able to work in the office.
Responsibilities & Learning Opportunities
- Legal Research and writing;
- Shadowing attorneys and attending court hearings and administrative hearings when available; and
- Provide support as needed to paralegal and associate attorneys.
