The Mitchell M. Tsai Law Firm, a public interest environmental law practice, is seeking a 1L or 2L law clerk to join their expanding law firm for this Summer.
This internship is an 8-week program that focuses on the Clean Water Act and Clean Air Act.
Qualifications
- Applicants must be enrolled in a law school.
- Applicants must be able to work in the office.
Responsibilities & Learning Opportunities
- CEQA & Land Use Policy Review
- 15-minute presentation with Q&A
- Shadowing attorneys
- Participating in Firm weekly meetings
- Research and writing
- Provide support to paralegal and associate attorneys
