Mitchell M. Tsai Law Firm recently participated in the 2023 LACBA Environmental Fall Symposium, which took place this past Friday, December 1, 2023. Our Associates engaged in discussions about Wind Energy, CARB’s Advanced Clean Fleet (ACF) Program, and the Latest Proposition 65 Developments. They also heard from Keynote Speaker Senator Ben Allen, who authored SB 54, the California law that aims to reduce plastic pollution.

Tsai served as moderator for the conference’s second panel, “CARB’s Advanced Clean Fleet (ACF) Program: Implications of California’s program to transition to zero-emission (ZE) heavy-duty trucks”. Alongside him were speakers Tony Brasil, Chief of the Transportation and Clean Technology Branch at the California Air Resources Board; David Pettit, Senior Attorney for the Climate & Clean Energy Program at the Natural Resources Defense Council; and Maya Lopez Grasse, Counsel at Alston & Bird.
