Aug. 2, 2021–PASADENA–KPCC Radio and other media today reached out to Pasadena-based Attorney Mitchell Tsai for comment after he filed a lawsuit on behalf of a volunteer citizens group seeking to stop a bungee jumping operation that has operated in the forest since 1989.
Tsai filed the lawsuit against Los Angeles County on July 30, 2021, on behalf of the Save the East Fork Association, which has grown increasingly concerned at the environmental impacts of the operation and the fact that it has operated on a special waiver.
