Our firm represents the Arroyo Seco Foundation and the Pasadena Audubon Society in its lawsuit challenging the Devil’s Gate Dam Sediment Removal Project, a sediment removal project set to remove some of the last remaining wetlands as well as habitat for the federally endangered Least Bell’s Vireo in Southern California. After having previously continued the trial from June 18, 2019 to July 30, 2019, the Parties and Court have again agreed to continue the trial date in this matter to October 15, 2019.
