Mitchell M. Tsai was recently elected to the board of the Downtown Pasadena Neighborhood Association (“DPNA“).
DPNA promotes a walkable urban lifestyle in a city that is vibrant with thriving businesses, excellent arts, good government, and active public spaces.
DPNA advocates for urban parks, pedestrian & bike-friendly street design, trees & urban landscaping, mixed-use & transit-oriented development, enduring architecture, streetcars, and other amenities that improve our urban city center.
